Responsibilities

The In-House Traveler RN is accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School (or GED equivalent) diploma
  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN License
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification
  • Minimum of one-year recent (within the last 2 years) hospital experience in selected area
  • Must live at least 50 miles outside of Amarillo

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Previous acute care experience preferred
